Autodesk ArtCAM is the design software we use to drive both our CNC Milling Machine, and the 3D printer. It was designed to make the designing of small objects like jewellry a simple, easy to understand process.

The video below shows how easy it is to design jewellry in this software.

The Minitech Machinery Corporation CNC (computer numerical controlled) (CNC) milling machine is one of our older methods of creating the wax models for lost wax casting. This high resolution device uses small bits much like a dentist’s drill to carve the wax into the proper shapes

The newest method we have for creating jewellry models is the Ember 3D printer. This printer uses a high quality digital projector to do DLP Stereolithography printing of designs. This projected image hardens a liquid resin to create the jewelry models. The Ember has a resolution of 50 microns, ensuring the finest details of your design will be faithfully reproduced.
